To the front of the caravan has the very comfortable seating area which can seat 4 people comfortably. The cushions are very comfortable with a sprung loaded base and memory foam top and are in excellent condition. There is ample amount of storage above and below the seats. It also has a large freestanding table as well. Lovely down lighting which makes the caravan very cosy at night. The cushions are very comfortable too sleep on when made into a bed by pulling the base slates out from under the middle unit. The middle unit has a pull out day table on the top and more storage below. This unit can be removed should you want a larger bed at night or even a U Shape lounge.
Remi Skylight in the ceiling which floods the caravan with natural day light and this also opens up like a sunroof. This has its own fly blind and black out blind.
Underneath the seating houses the onboard Truma Combi Boiler which is an excellent piece of kit and operates the hot water and Heating. This can hold up to 10 litres and can be operated on 240v or Gas or Both (Dual Fuel). This is in Full working order. You can set the temperature of your choice and will keep the caravan lovely and warm or cool as you have the air blown heating which has multiple vents located around the caravan and acts as the central heating system. The control panel is just above the door.
Next to the living room has a worktop area which is a great space and has cupboards surrounding. Above in the cupboard has the TV aerial which is the Auto status aerial which picks up great signal and allows you to move inside the caravan to get the strongest signal. This also has the booster box as well. There is aerial points, Satellite point and 12v point and plug sockets too.
Pioneer CD player with FM Radio and AUX which is in full working order.
The bulbs internally are LED and sets the caravan off lovely at night.
Opposite to this has the very spacious kitchen area complete with all mod cons :
Round Sink with draining board and Heavy duty chrome tap.
Cooker/oven with 4 Burner hob and Grill. Storage space below for pots and pans. (Electric Ignition so no need for lighters). The Oven and Grill have never been used and are spotless.
Thetford Fridge with large freezer and this can be operated on 240v, Gas or 12v and is in full working order. Own light inside too.

Racking in cupboards and draws to. Great cupboard space for food and kitchen utensils.
All Appliances are in excellent condition and spotlessly clean ready to use. Large prepping space for food. Plenty of sockets throughout the caravan. Stunning lighting which looks lovely at night.
Next to the kitchen area has a large double wardrobe with hanging space inside and has another large cupboard below.
To the Rear of the caravan now and this is where you have the larger Fixed Double bed which has huge amounts of storage below as the bed lifts up and is on gas struts, External door to access underneath the bed. Plenty of Cupboards above which offer even more storage. The mattress is in excellent condition and is mark free and very comfortable to sleep on. The TV can be swivelled around to view when your in bed.
Walking past the bed to the rear of the caravan has the great sized bathroom complete with Thetford swivel cassette toilet and electric flush. Great Size shower which is in excellent condition and the shower tray is immaculate! I have tried to photo this the best I could however they don’t do it justice. Bathroom has its own window which floods the bathroom with natural day Light. The shower has never been used. Lovely sink area which has a large mirror, Plenty of shelving and cupboard space for toiletries and towels etc. Great area for getting ready.
The rear off the caravan fully shuts off with the sliding blind.
Full set of black out blinds and fly blinds throughout, All in perfect working order.
Full Set of removable carpets which are all in excellent condition and it has a Lino flooring underneath which is great to have the versatility.
Internally the caravan is in stunning condition and has been extremely well looked after and needs to be seen to be appreciated and has had very lite use.
Externally the Caravan again is in excellent condition for its age and lovely to look at! The body work is very straight for its age and is very hard to fault. All the windows and skylights open and close as they should. There is no grazing or cracks in the windows.

Enduro Motor mover and this is an excellent bit of kit as this allows you to move the caravan with a remote control and takes the ease off moving it.

All Hand Manuals present and various other instructions! The caravan is Cris Registered and has had 1 owner from new. Everything is fully up together! it’s solid throughout!, No Damp and has 2 sets of keys.
The Caravan has Just had a full service and this was inclusive of a Damp Test, Chassis Service and Gas Test. There was No Damp found and it passed the Gas test with flying colours.
The Caravan is 22.7 Feet long including the A Frame and is 7.3 Feet wide. The unladen weight is 1147KGS and Fully Laden is 1327KGS. Very easy to move with the motor mover.
The Alloy wheels set the caravan off lovely and are mark feee!. The Tyres are brand new as they have just been replaced on the service.
Full Alko Chassis including the ALKO hitch which prevents the caravan from snaking and is a great safety device to have.
