The caravan has just been damp checked and its all clear and ready.
It has a full size cooker that be used from the main or gas. The cooker has 3 gas hobs and one electric hot plate, main oven and grill. The oven looks like it may have been used once or twice its in outstanding condition.
The caravan is equipped with 3 sunroofs and one more in the bathroom. The main sunroof in the front is on gas legs.
Being The Ultima you will find that its the highest of quality and has lots of lighting setting. In the lounge area you will find 4 side spot lights, above cupboard lighting and the main lights the roof. What i do like about the newer style is the front room is 35% bigger due to its design it has 6,4 head room right upto the front.
The lounge is also fitted with a very useful 3 drawers at the front, 4 large cupboards all around and 2 generous underneath lockers. There is a t.v point that also has 1 230v plug sockets, t.v aerial and 12v connections.
This Caravan is equipped with 2 t.v points one of them serves the front room and connected to it has the upgraded satellite with all relevant connections and can be connected to the sound system. The other one is located next to the large wardrobe and again has the relevant connections
The main controls for the caravan is located above the front door.
The kitchen has a build in microwave, above cupboard storage underneath L.E.D strip lighting and again above cupboard lighting. Being a swift it offers the most of everything it has a large utility draw, a large storage underneath this and then another one under the cooker.
The master bedroom has two fixed single beds. They come equipped with “Ultra Deep Comfort Deep sprung real memory foam mattresses” Both the beds come with large storage compartments underneath. Each bed also has 3 large storage cupboards above the beds with a mains socket and a corner self for the cup of tea or phone charging. The bedroom also has a wardrobe in the corner suitable for 2. It has 4 spots lights and 1 roof light giving lots of options for light.
The end washroom is very spacious with electric flush toilet, Perfect basin with storage a fully lined shower room. The shower has only ever been used for servicing purposes its like new also the end bathroom is the largest lunar do so can easily be used as a changing room for 2 or 3 people.

The caravan blinds all the way around with fly nets and black windows.
all the paper work, booklets and 2 sets of keys with both fobs for the alarm.
The caravan has never had pets or smokers its like with factory plastic coverings on the floor.
As this is a 2014 model it comes with alko stabiliser and A.T.C (Active Trailer control) this will apply the brakes when it registers a slight wobble and will correct it for you.
Its 13 pin electrics (if your car is 7 pin dont worry we have an adopter ready)
The caravan has had very little use and it shows it will make someone very happy as its like new but without the price tag.
